The location of this apartment was fantastic and the views were amazing. The host also provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment and get inside. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from our stay. Before arrival, we had to fill out a form and scan it back to the host. The pick up and drop off of the keys required a visit in the host’s office, which was unlike other airbnb apartments we stayed in, which were contactless. On our first morning, two workmen showed up unannounced to fix the washing machine, which was disruptive (the host messaged subsequently and apologized). The biggest letdown was the cleanliness of the apartment with dust balls under furniture and unvacuumed floors. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and needed to be washed before use. Overall, the place felt a bit grubby and didn't fully match the advertised photos. It needs a deep clean and an update of photos to reflect the current state.
The view was lovely, great location at the main entrance of Surfers Paradise, no need to have transportation as once you are there, you can spend the time enjoying the amenities and beach.

Belinda and team were proactive hosts with a beautiful home and easy and flexible check in check out. the overall stay was great, however cleaning supplies and other basic bathroom amenities were lacking in quality. Despite that, I would recommend this stay
Belinda and the Team were very good to deal with, we had our flights cancelled the day before and were more than helpful with our situation. The Apartment was just fantastic and sitting out on the Balcony in the morning soaking in the sun and views was a great way to start the day, the complex was also very good with the grounds and pool areas constantly upkept throughout the day very tidy. If you are wanting to be in the heart of Surface Paradise and walking distance to pretty much everything in the area then this is the place for you, even if you want to travel that little bit further you've got the tram at the end of the block, very convenient. If we travel to QLD again will be happy to stay here again. Thanks for everything Belinda and Team.
