The place looks a lot better in the pictures than it does in person. We moved some couches around to play some board games and there was a lot of hair, dirt, and random items left under multiple couches. They clearly haven’t cleaned under them in awhile. The movie theater has a popcorn machine and the cups they provide to serve popcorn had old kernels left in them. Also there was dog poop left in the turf yard. We had a very hard time reaching the host when we first booked the stay. They require you to sign a special agreement and we had to follow up with them 3 times to send to us. We also wanted to purchase their travel insurance which required us calling them a few more times. We were told “they’re switching to a new system” but no one wanted to take any responsibility for lack of responsiveness. It took over a week to get someone to respond back to us a few times. Overall the home is very worn down, lots of things broken, and needs some serious maintenance. Not worth the cost

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this place. The house is perfect for a big company. It's spacious and comfortable. One of the best features is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only negative experience was to find bedding with large stains. The managing company did not get back to us on this issue in a timely manner, but they later refunded a portion of the cleaning fee.

The space was great but we have a few complaints. We booked this for 4 different families including 8 children. There were no games, not even a deck of cards.. no snow games/sleds for the kids. I get that it may not be a requirement but for $1000 a night and knowing all the people coming you would think we wouldn’t have to bring our own games or at least mention it so we come more prepared. There was dog hair all over the edges of the floors and on the comforters of beds downstairs. We didn’t bring a dog, although it was a possibility so we paid a pet fee. We were given two rolls of paper towel and 4 trash bags for a 3 night stay for more than 15 people. I just think that for the price and for how thorough the company they use is they could do a better job with accommodations. Unlikely I’d stay there again.

Great place for a family get together. Large and good room layout for a gathering. Well stocked with essentials. Everyone enjoyed the fireplace, movie room and hot tub.
