This was a great spot to experience the total eclipse and spend a long weekend as a family. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and to be together. We especially enjoyed cooking together in the large kitchen and swimming in the pool. We’d definitely come back.

DISCLAIMER: we didn’t get to stay our full stay for review is based on that. Our experience: there was an accident in the area and power lines were down and the house didn’t have power so we ended up cancelling the stay after check in. Full refund was provided and MJ even tried finding another property if possible but unsuccessful in meeting the requirements. house is big and as shown in the listing each bedroom has its own bathroom but the room downstairs has a bathroom that also serves as a common bathroom. The rooms have king beds with exception of one room which has 3 bunk beds. Total 16 capacity to sleep if all beds are taken. Large kitchen and fridge with a wet bar and pool and grill. I do feel the fee for the heated pool is quite high and needs to be effectively paid for all days of the stay. They also ask for a check in form which asks to many question The host is a management company and not an individual but MJ was great. Very responsive on phone, text, App and email.

Everything about this AirBnB was on point. The house was great, the hosts were great! Very responsive, the house was clean, it was cosy..it was beautiful. The whole experience was great and I am extremely grateful.

This place was beautiful and clean, well styled and well maintained. Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely recommend this house and we’ll be back for our next visit to Texas!
