The modern kitchen is generously stocked for cooking and entertaining 16 guests. Numerous pots/pans and skillets, dinnerware, cups, coffee mugs, utensils, basic spices, waffle maker, Ninja blender and toaster make staying in and enjoying a meal easy. Kitchen table seats 8 with an adjacent 5-person bar. Outdoor patio dining table seats 6. A highchair is also provided. The second level features 3 master suites making each room private and personal. All master suites feature plush King beds, a 55” HD Smart TV, private and spacious en suite bathrooms with large showers and individualized decor. The upgraded luxury master features a double vanity, private balcony and a desk for those that want to getaway but still need to handle meetings/work. There’s also a portable crib available in the Master Bedroom closet. The third floor is perfect for game night with adults or kids as there’s a little something for everyone. It has two additional bedrooms that are equipped with bunk beds. The first bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The second bedroom has two sets of full bunk beds that can easily accommodate children or adults. There is a “game room” to play foosball or relax and watch movie/shows on the 65” tv. If you’re more interested in relaxing, enjoy the sunset behind the canyons on the large deck equipped with patio seating and a gas fire pit. All Smart TV's that allow you to easily access your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. This is perfect if your group has children that want to watch movies or play games in their own living area while the adults have time for themselves. All lamps throughout the home are equipped with a USB for easy access to charging your devices (even the full bunkbeds has two usb ports available on each set). There is also a smaller walk out patio that faces the pool that is directly across the street from the house that offer unobstructed direct site to the sand pit, pickleball courts. Aside from the beautiful pool and hot tub, other house amenities include two pickleball courts, a small rock climbing area for kids, and a basketball hoop. Owner has a 4-person pickleball set of paddles and balls, and a basketball for use during your stay.
