The room's proximity to the front entrance means you'll hear people coming and going, so be prepared for some activity. Additionally, the room tends to be chilly, especially considering the current 40-degree nights; while extra blankets are provided, having a heater, either built-in or portable, would greatly improve comfort. Furthermore, there's a rather loud lady who frequently engages in lengthy, noisy conversations in Chinese within the kitchen area, which can be quite bothersome. As for cleanliness, the bathroom could use some attention; upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be pubic hair and pee droplets, on the toilet seat, indicating a lack of recent cleaning. Although the bed itself is comfortable, the base emits loud creaks with every movement, which might disrupt sleep. Lastly, the presence of wild peacocks adds a unique ambiance, but their constant screeching, especially at 6 am, might require the use of earmuffs for a peaceful rest.

I felt right at home. The house was always quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the rolling hills. We did have some communication issues. I was on a work trip so I wasn’t always near my phone when the host would message and when I messaged the host via text I did not get a response. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
