Our stay at Elliot Pond was amazing! The host was very accommodating and communicative. Interacting with the animals was a unique experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for the delicious farm fresh eggs and the yummy apple pie! We hope to be back some day soon!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful little farm house. It's close enough to the city center to be convenient but there's enough property to not notice. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We will stay here again for sure!

This was a disappointing stay. What was billed as rustic was in reality rundown. Dryer, Dishwasher, Garbage disposal, bathroom heater all not working. Dishwasher had pool of stagnant water we could not drain and smelled awful. In addition we tested smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. They did not work which was concerning as we needed to use space heaters to keep bedrooms warm. The road up to the house is full of huge potholes. We drove up at sunset in the rain and it was hard to see damaged road. Even in daylight easy to damage car if not very careful. Wendy was a responsive cohost and tried to do what she could. This isn't on her. The owner, James, needs to either put some money into the property or more accurately describe this as cabin living without amenities. We're originally from the area and were visiting family. We live in the Midwest and understand farm living. This isn't it. Farmers take pride in what they own.

As always, we loved our stay at the Elliot Pond farmhouse. We always feel right at home there and the host was more than accommodating and responsive to our questions.
