It's the second time I book my stay with Nikolas. This time I booked the bigger apartment for me and my family, and I can say that I wasn't disappointed. The host was very welcoming as usual, always here whenever we needed anything. The apartment is very well located. The neighborhood is quiet, and has everything one may need : the two lines of metro are less than 10 minutes away, it has a pharmacy, a supermarket and a bakery right around the corner and not to forget the farmers' market every Wednesday that's less than 5 minutes away. The house was also very nice. It is very spacious, allowing 6 persons to live in very comfortably and the possibility to have guests over. It was fully equipped, anything we might've needed, Nikolas already purchased it for us. It was also spotless when we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the backyard with all kind of herbs that we could use for cooking and the rooftop with tanning beds and a table and a barbecue for our gatherings :) Recommended 100%

Nikolas was an amazing host. First, he met us at the metro station to pick us up and guide us to the house. He was very helpful, always here whenever we needed anything. He also showed us the surroundings and pointed the important places to know close to the house. The house is very well located. The neighborhood is really quiet, has a pharmacy, a bakery and a supermarket less than 1 minute away and very close to public transport (metro and buses) which allowed us to discover the city very smoothly. Also, the house itself is very confortable. We were 2 girls and we had each one our own room. The house is fully equipped, we didn't need to buy any equipment. It was also very clean on our arrival, wonderful. The best part, that we particularly enjoyed is that it has a backyard with a small garden and a terrace on the roof with a swing, a big table for gatherings and sun beds, perfect for tanning when we couldn't go to the beach. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I recommend it 100%.

Nikolas apartment is really great - is located 10min from the metro station Metaxourghio and you can also walk to the city center in 30min. Everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery) is reachable with a 5min walk. The house is amazing, the rooms are spacious and there are balconies on both sides as well as a courtyard and a rooftop terrace :) Everything was clean and Nikolas is very easy to communicate with and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place!

This place have a soul! It's clean, well equipped and has a beautiful rooftop. Good location and the owner is so helpful and kind. You can't choose better!!!

This stay was amazing ! The host was was so kind and was very available and fast in response . And the place of the stay is great, close to center and not to far from the Beach. And a very cooooool rooftop !
