The space is beautifully designed to stay for 4 guests. Ideal for families who want a great place to stay while visiting Daman. It is a self spacious flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets and a hall and kitchen. The master bedroom has air conditioning. One can also enjoy the sunrise from room and balcony. Safe for families with 24/7 security guard on premises. - Parking available in the front of premises at Owners risk Other things to note: - Due to the society rules, only families are allowed. - Check-in time is 12:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am, but it could be made flexible based on verbal request and availability only. - The perfect Holiday Home ideal for couples and small families. - House cleaning during your stay is available only on demand or request of customer at ₹200 only, the cleaning session will take place anytime between 10:00am-12:00pm. You are either requested to stay indoors during this time or hand over the keys to the door man.

The House is very well furnished and has all the amenities. It is situated in the prime location so Jempore Beach, Devka Beach and Mirasola lake resort is very nearby. Also one can find local kirana store, restaurant, medical store all in the vicinity. The owner was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay there.
It was a great stay with family. 2 BhK flat has one kitchen, two bed rooms, one hall, two bathrooms. It was in residential building with CCTV and security. Lifts are provided in building. Location is in between Jampore and devika beach. Rooms were clean and properly arranged. Kitchen is fully organized and provided with gas-stoves, cooking utensils, sugar & tea bags, mini refrigereator, dish washing liquid, drinking water etc. You can cook your own meal if interested. View from balcony is awesome. Owners also provided free internet as wi-fi installed. Owner Dawoodbhai was very polite and co-operative. We enjoyed overall stay in this place.
A very well furnished property, serves all the basic necessities. Owner Dawoodbhai is also very cooperative. A good choice.
