We were happy to stay at villa Ali. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare food. We enjoyed the pool very much, water was 24-26c. The sunrises front yard and the sunset on the other side of the house. From the upstairs balcony you could see the sun setting behind the mountains. A rental car is good to have. It is a short distance from the southern airport to the villa and there are many nice things to see in the nearby areas. Luckily, a late check-out was possible and we were able to enjoy the pool and the Tenerife morning sun once more. Lesley and Miriam helped with everything needed. Thank you.

A few issues, but all resolved quickly. A great place to stay. Only issue if you can call it an issue was some tiles missing in the pool.

They've had water damage in the kitchen, and the bathroom smelled strongly of mold and sewage. When we arrived, it was pices of food in the dishwasher witch by the way barely held together. Most of the stuff in the kitchen was broken or did not function properly, which was true for a lot of stuff belonging to the property. The floors were quite dirty when we arrived and we had to clean them ourself to be able to walk barefoot indoors. We tried to communicate with air-bnb and Lesley as we wanted to move out. They came to inspect the property and lied to our faces about the very nasty smell from the bathroom. We chose to stay trying to do the best of our stay, but it was really my worst air-bnb experience. To top it off the last day, our car was broken into just outside. Asked for the CCTV footage as there is a camera on the property, but got denied its pure existence. The only good thing was the pool, which was actually heated (but low on water).

casa muy acogedora, con años pero bien conservada. Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. La zona exterior es estupenda para hacer barbacoas, disfrutar de la piscina y tardes al aire libre. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron unas frutas y bombones a la llegada. muchas gracias por todo!!¡!!
