Wow! What a beautiful place. Michael and Tricia were perfect hosts and so helpful to us on arrival. I loved hearing the cockerels in the morning, and watching the chickens and ducks from our window. Truly idyllic. Our apartment was perfect, very cosily warm in this cold weather, and the bed supremely comfortable! We had a perfect weekend break and would love to return. Thank you! After a great weekend with family celebrating Christmas and Boxing Day, we waved goodbye and headed off in the rough direction of Bristol with our dog and 15 month old baby, with nothing booked, hoping that things would fall into place when we got there! Half way there we stopped at a lovely old cafe with a stunning view and made one last ditch effort to find a nice remote Airbnb in the countryside. So pleased that we did as we found this perfect farm cottage in upper vobster. We walked along many rivers, visited nice pubs and farm shops, and every morning after breakfast we went and visited all the animals on the farm. You can also go and feed them all with the farmer which was really cute. The apartment looks out over the farm, so we could stay cosy inside and enjoy the view over the farm out the window. The bed is so cosy and comfy, the shower is great, the kitchen has everything you could need and Michael and Tricia are the perfect hosts. There when you need them, and really lovely people. Recommend a trip to Mells, really beautiful walk along the river, and a lovely pub there. We couldn’t have hoped for more! Thank you!

A beautifully restored set of properties in such a stunning setting. Really friendly people, who couldn't do enough to help. Will definitely be back.

This place is magical and a must see and stay. The rooms was spotless, the hosts amazing and the scenery you have to see for yourself.
