Great stay for my colleague again!

Ann was so attentive from the moment i arrived. I checked in later in the evening due to work and Ann happily stayed up with me. I am a pro dancer and i was in the area for rehearsals and after a really long day Ann stayed up to greet me at 10pm and instantly felt at home. She offered me a cup of tea and gave me a tour of the house and my room. The house is cosy but modern, decorated beautifully, everything fresh and clean. My room was perfect for everything i needed from size, comfy bed and the amenities of coffee and snacks was so appreciated. I had a relaxing bath which that late at night Ann had no problem with at all which was very needed for my sore body! Ann also provided breakfast the next morning which was completely unexpected and so nice! Overall it just felt like home and i chatted with Ann like i knew her years! Will definitely stop again if i am in the area. parking on the road outside is a plus too!

I had a lovely time staying with Ann. She was very nice and helpful. Great accommodation and very close to the Tram and Buses for access to Manchester City centre. Would definitely recommend.
