This home was amazing. It was very reasonably priced for the International Hot Air Balloon festival. It was outside of downtown Albuquerque so it was a great place to get away from the busyness of town. It was extremely spacious and we loved having the availability of the attached garage. If we visit again, which I am hoping to do, we would first look to see if this place is available. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here - was just right for our needs and good location to the Sandra Mts. as well as getting to Balloon Fiesta park! Very clean and well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - highly recommend it! Judy

My rating of 3/5 stars is because I felt like Jeannine should have known about two previous issues that were unresolved at my check in. A previous reviewer earlier in the month explained there was no running water at the MB faucet and a main lamp switch was broken in the same room. I found that to be the case as well. Another bathroom and other lighting options were available so I wasn't left without. I also found the gate into the courtyard was busted. Jeannine explained that these things(faucet and gate) were to be repaired after my check out. Overall, the place was as described and Jeannine does respond quickly.

You could not beat the location of this Airbnb. Oh beans was a wonderful coffee, shop nearby, and grilled cheese and onion rings at the star café were the best. Gorgeous sunset at Elaina, Gallaghers Park, and the Sandia Peak Tramway is a must ! So glad we didn’t stay downtown, but the trolley ride was excellent and showed us everything we needed to see. The decor at the airbnb was upscale, but only one of the four bedroom lamps worked, and in the master bedroom the water in the sink did not work at all. So we were sharing one bathroom sink throughout the visit. We let the owner know and she did not respond. Check-in was early which was a nice surprise, but there were no instructions, my question about nearby trails was never answered, and 24 hours later I reached out to ask for the Wi-Fi password and did not hear for over 12 hours. We didn’t use the garage, because we never found the instructions until 2/3 of the way through our trip.
