Many water sport rental options available. we have beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels This 1 bedroom unit is a simple escape with room for 3 adults. Do let me know if you have small children. Couch folds out and can fit not just one, but two people, snuggly :-) Air mattress is provided. Private entrance- with a lockbox. Large umbrella with chairs on the patio. Separate bathroom and kitchenette; I provide snacks. Microwave and full size refrigerator with freezer. This private guest suite is attached to the main house, via the 2 car garage with a completely separate entrance, parking area. You control the AC with 2 units and the heaters. We would like to emphasize that although there is a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle and more; the space does not have a kitchen or other facilities for cooking (no hot plates or grill).
