Very much enjoyed the views from the house and the lovely bright upper room. Location is perfect and just right for coastal walking.

A lovely stay in the heart of Brixham. The property is really well located just a couple of minutes from the restaurants, bars, cafes, shops etc. The property has fantastic views of the harbour, especially from the upstairs lounge and has a lovely but small outdoor seating area. The property is well equipped but could be more generous with welcome hamper, toilet roll (two) and dishwasher salts (just one). Although the property is right by the road and footpath this didn’t cause any issues and was nice to be so central. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The kitchen items pans etc need replacing. The toilet and bath flushing system needs looking at it’s a health hazard. The pillows were extremely lumpy

Fantastic location and stunning view. Really lovely and would recommend - we would love to go back. The only thing (As per all of the other reviews) - lack of amenities. Only one toilet roll, no hand soap or shower gel/shampoo/conditioner so do take. Also the towel rails in each bathroom were dangerously hot. If you go with children or babies like we did, really do be careful as you/they could really hurt themselves.

Beautiful house with a beautiful location, the beds are extremely comfortable & the whole house is kept very clean & tidy. The only thing that let it down was the lack of additions that was provided, we didn’t have any hand soap in one of the bathrooms & was only provided two toilet rolls between the two bathrooms. Would recommend some more little finishing touches like soap, shower gel, additional toilet rolls & dishwasher tablets to really match up with the beautiful location & house - little things like this make all the difference!
