Owners were responsive and responded to our concerns. There was tons of trash in the backyard. The shed had products to grow weed so this property must have been used to grow weed probably why the house was so run down and all the windows were tinted. The fridge had moldy food in it, the light shade over the sink was Tupperware container, floors were dirty, grout throughout the house was disgusting, pots and pans were gross, not enough furniture in the house. Backyard and front yard is all crab grass. Internet wasn’t paid and went out. Water bill wasn’t paid and I couldn’t shower one night because bill wasn’t paid. Due to work, this house was needed but I do not feel it was worth the money we spent. If a family is looking to stay here I would absolutely not due to the fact after finding weed growing products in the shed, who knows what type of people were in this house. Bring it was all men in town for work at the airport we weren’t overly concerned as we were not leaving expensive

The grass wasn’t cut and we had children with us that wanted to play in the backyard and couldn’t. We had 3 bathroom but only 2 showers worked, one of the sinks didn’t work, one of the bathrooms hot water didn’t work, the master bedroom door handle was hanging on by one screw, the toilet flooded and the dirty water dripped down to the kitchen table, the refrigerator didn’t work, and ants was everywhere. We couldn’t sleep well at night for getting bitten by ants. The blinds in the kitchen was broken.
