Buna ziua! Acestea Sunt lucrurile pe care mi-ar fi placut sa le cunosc inainte de a face alegerea sa închiriez : - toaleta de sus era plina de fire de par... Plina - nu am stiut de la început ca este o casa lipita de alta. - apa calda de la dus nu era suficienta pt toți (trebuia sa intram mamele cu fetele in acelasi timp... Si spatiul sus e foarte mic... Ca sa apuce si tatii - pica constant var pe scarile spirala din peretele de sus, si curgea apa prin perete, de la dus probabil, pe scări - tavanul dormitorului de sus are o gaura cat pumnul in el - cei 150 m de plaja mentionati... Se fac foarte greu, pe un drum cu cateva scari si restul in panta mare pe pamant, alee forestiera - am prins furtuna si apa intra pe geamul dintre etaje, de pe scara interioara - usa de la terasa de sus nu se blochează (a doua usa), si furtuna o deschidea - cu toate ca altii s-au mai plans de sobolani in bucataria exterioara, dulapurile sunt fara blat in spate, ceea ce înseamnă ca sobolanii pot intra pe toata vesela si tacâmurile. Ca si optiune personala, saltelele de la pat foarte tari si incomode. Ca si plusuri : - casa dotata cu de toate

The beach is very beautiful, the sea wonderful. The neighbors are very kind and friendly. The house is not so big (but we were six), the room at the second floor is very romantic. The kitchen outside in the garden is not clean because there are some holes inside (and animals can come inside...). We strongly suggest to repair the holes soon and to keep some cats in the garden.

Great place for spending a family vacation! The yard and the summer kitchen is beautiful with an amazing view. I would strongly recommend Anastasia's house. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed every moment.

Awesome views, great guest! Definitely a place to come back to! The yard is a great playground for kids and the outside kitchen is deffinately a bonus! The beach downstairs is super for kids as sea is not too deep, while the location is very close to Nea Fokea beach or Kriopigi, which are both very nice. Great value for money and Anastasia and her friend are great hosts. Looking forward to come back

It was a great vacation. We spent eleven nice days at Anastasi's house. Anastasia is a great host, very nice, friendly and hospitable. We had contact with her by e-mail and she was always quick to answer our questions and solved problems quickly. We met Anastasia's friends who were waiting for us and showed us the whole house. We greet them warmly and thank them for their help. The house is large, it has 2 floors and an underground floor. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement, a living room with a kitchen on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The house is ideal for 6 people. We liked very much the garden gazebo with kitchen where you can relax and cook. The house is comfortably furnished and has all the necessary things. But the best part was that you could go down to the beach in 2 minutes and swim in the warm sea. And the beach is actually for you. We had 2 problems in total: broken air conditioning upstairs and it was impossible to sleep in that bedroom for a few days because it was too hot but the air conditioning was replaced quickly. And the second problem: Anastaia informed us that there was a problem with the router and that there would be no internet connection, but on the second day of our stay, Anastasi's friend came specially with a sim card with unlimited internet. If I have the opportunity to come back to Chalkidiki I will definitely come back to Anastasia again. I really heartily recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.
