Clean one bedroom flat with excellent wi-fi. Our host was great, always on hand very quickly to answer any questions, very helpful and friendly. Good parking and quiet neighbourhood. Local shops and close to train station.

Abigeal is a great host. I really appreciate her help and prompt responses to my questions. She is very professional yet friendly and kind. She works for an agency and therefore she advertises an apartment which is not hers personally. That is a bit unfortunate because there is really a room for improvement in this apartment regarding the cleanliness and overall maintenance. The apartment did not meet my expectations and the pictures don't show the real condition of the apartment (poorly maintained and in not such good condition). I hope that the agency will fix the details such as missing bedroom door handle, cracks in the wall corners, traces of the mould in the bathroom e.t.c. and give Abigeal the opportunity to let a clean and fresh accommodation.

very peaceful, serene and comfortable place, 10-12 mins walk from bus and train station on district line. Dengham Heathway is 15 minutes walking distance away and has many shops and restaurants. Dengham east underground station is 10-12 minutes walking distance away and Tesco express is close to the station. A small house, fit for single or couple or small family. The host is responsive and very accommodating. Will recommend the place if you looking for lost cost and affordable living.

Abigeal apartment meet my expectations. Highly recommended. The place is few meters away from railway station and shops. I will definitely stay in this apartment when next I’m in London if available.
