This is a very nice, clean home in a great location. The rental team staff were extremely responsive and helpful. That being said, the listing is not clear on a couple things. It says there is air conditioning....but there is only 1 air conditioner in 1 of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. The window/doors do not have screens, so if you leave them open for cool breezes, bugs can fly inside. The listing does not mention the extremely loud train that runs right behind the house Monday thru Friday. The train goes by several times each morning starting at 5:30 am and blows its horn 3-4 times as it crosses a nearby street. The house even shakes a little. It will wake you up, so no need for an alarm clock.

Alberto’s team was exceptional in accommodating us with in half an hour of booking the place. The property is the most secured places I have stayed with nice layout and style., nicely landscaped garden and outdoor spaces including gym. A great place for families looking to be together during vacation, looking forward to stay again at Casa Rinu :)
