Beautiful house, well worth the stay. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Even helped me with luggage pushing cart up the hill. Beautiful lake with scenic views. Wish i had more time to spend so i could have seen more.

We had a wonderful stay - we couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous lakefront —wonderful house. Extra thrilled with all the waterfowl action… including bald eagles and osprey. All the stellar reviews are true - the photos don’t do it justice. Pam & Doug are lovely. We’re very grateful for our time there.

My husband, two year old son, and I stayed at the cottage for a week in August. It was a beautiful and peaceful setting right by the water. We used the peddling boat and the rubber dockie which my son loved. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals for the week. My husband and I enjoyed watching the sunset sky while sitting on the dock chairs (we couldn’t quite see the full sunset because of the angle). If we had a question or concern, Pam and Doug were so helpful and responsive. We could tell this was a special place!

This place is amazing! Doug was fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful. The place is peaceful and gorgeous! The home is cozy and inviting. There were hammocks and a fire pit and kayaks and a cute tiki bar. It was more than we expected and worth every penny. There’s something for everyone here and the lake is absolutely perfect. We will be back. Highly recommend staying here, you’ll love it!

Oh the water views from so many parts of the cottage! We were looking for a casual cozy waterside place to chill and get away from the daily grind and this checked all the boxes. As advertised! Parking is at top of the hill and there’s a beautiful stone staircase and pathway to carry your luggage to the cottage. Not a problem at all for our family but would be difficult for mobility impaired - FYI. WiFi and good cell coverage for our gamer teens who were happy as can be to hang in their bedroom. My husband and I enjoyed being outside all day, on the private dock, by the fire, boating, or sitting in the sunroom working on jigsaw puzzles. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to easily cook and grill- fantastic local market up the hill had everything we needed. Doug and Pam were warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Their cabin is directly behind this one but watching the lake all day we felt like we practically had the place to ourselves. Would absolutely return!
