The price was great. Michael responded quickly with any questions. Having the 2 bedroom 2 bath worked out perfectly. Loved the security of building. Beautiful roof top balcony!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay while we were with our son visiting Purdue University and familiarizing ourselves with the local area. We felt at home and the environment was neat and peaceful! Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful! We would certainly book Michael’s rental again in the near future!

The apartment is great, well located, near Purdue (about 5 miles). Two bedroom apartment in a great condo. the instructions or great, worked and were clear. We stayed for 3 weeks. Unfortunately during our stay we observe some bad things including an infestation or insects, big flying ones (not the nice ones, bugs that are not for the fainted heart). The dishes were all dirty, and the dishwasher has a problem in the heater (limestone deposit) that releases tiny particles into the dishes (don't think it's health though). The other appliances are great, and worked as expected. The house was not completely clean, and it was incomplete, e.g., doesn't have a mop. There are missing things in the kitchen, e.g., there was no kitchen towels. Overall, unfortunately in our case, all the great benefits of the house were kind of obfuscated by the bad experience we had. Don't take the house unless you get a confirmation from the owner saying that the house is bug-free and exterminated.
