Very nice place. Greatly appreciate the opportunity to stay there. Kelly is a wonderful host and quick to respond. Had a great time, nice back yard and porch. Great decor all throughout. Would recommend to friends.

Really cute and cozy, great decorations. Nicely stocked, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything you could want and nice dishware. Nice that there was a highchair. Being right on the water (not ocean front but a waterway similar to a river) was very nice and you're a five minute drive to the beach. Only two rooms but could sleep several with a pullout sofa bed, trundle, and bunk bed. It's a duplex and you can rent out the other side if you have a large group and open the two adjoining doors, which I think would be really fun! Bunk bed isn't safe for really young ones, a little shaky and my one and a half year old obviously had to be supervised around it (any bunk bed) but he and my three year old still had a lot of fun on it...then slept on the trundle! There's a family, get to know each other card game which I thought was a cute touch, good rental for families or people without kids! We went in winter but definitely want to go back in summer with a paddle board!

Host is extremely responsive, even called me to verify I received the door code email. House is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities, such as the stocked coffee bar. The high ceilings and fireplace add an extra touch of elegance. The hot tub is right off the patio with a privacy wall, as well as a propane fireplace on the deck with ambient lighting. The river is gorgeous to wake up to, and the home is located on the main strip of ocean shores, so everything is convenient! Thanks, Kelly!
