The team of three took a last minute booking and made the apartment available within about 1 hour on a Saturday. Amazing turnaround and communication throughout the stay. Great local recommendations too (including Gino's pizza and Slow Sud - thanks Pietro and Daniele). The apartment is centrally located and secure - the bed is lower to the ground and a medium firmness mattress. There are street noises from the restaurants below but not excessive, so some ear plugs will allow you to have a great night's sleep if you are sound sensitive like me. This is a lux serviced apartment so when I had an issue with something in the bathroom, I contacted the team at Milan Retreats and literally within 5 minutes, someone was knocking at my door to fix the issue. The Ortigia Florio range in pump action bottles for bathroom products which is a good sustainability initiative. Wi-fi is super fast too. The team cared about us enjoying the stay rather than worrying about anything so kudos to them.

Superbe appartement ! Très chic, propre, et surtout, super bien placé. A 5 minutes du Duomo ! On n'a jamais pris le métro (sauf pour aller à l'aéroport). En période de Noel, Milan était bien animée, les rues sont trop jolies.
