Wir kennen dieses Skigebiet seit Jahren und schauen uns immer mal andere Unterkünfte an. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen mit wunderbaren Blick und guter Ski Busanbindung. Nachteilig ist das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Ski Raum beziehungsweise Stauraum, was für fünf Personen mit sportlich sehr aktiven Urlaub schon ein großes Problem darstellt. Zusätzlich hat der Geschirrspüler die ganze Zeit nicht funktioniert. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch, aber gerade im schlafbereich nicht hochwertig, ebenso wie die bauliche Verarbeitung des Hauses insgesamt. Daher ist aus unserer Sicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in dieser Kategorie nicht gerechtfertigt. Die maximale Belegungszahl mit fünf Personen wird offensichtlich intensiv überwacht, was aufgrund eines Missverständnisses bzgl einer angeblichen Überbelegung uns Stress gebracht hat, da hier die Beweislage ja dann schwierig ist.

Beautiful house in a nice location close to Laax with beautiful views to the valley. The views from the living room are amazing! The house is brand new built and the accommodation has all what is needed to spend a weekend with friends. There is a bus 5min down the street that connects to the ski resorts that makes the commuting so easy. The house is great and for sure we will come back in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay in Switzerland. The house is amazing - so stylish, well fitted kitchen for cooking and OMG such a beautiful view. You won’t get bored waking up to the view of the mountains! The location with the ski bus is very useful too being at the bottom of the road with a free bus every 30 mins. The house was spotlessly clean and very good value. Next time we are in Laax we will be looking to rebook. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to stay here!
