The apartment was cold and the host Gustavo did not contact us, even if he knew that the heating was broken. He did not answer to my emails, only after 3 day we could contact him. The heating was broken and there was also no hot water . Besides two small radiators Gustavo did not help. We ask for money back and are waiting an answer from Interhome . So far Interhome Zermatt is not at all to recomend.
숙소가 깨끗하고 넓고 안락했지만 실내가 매우 추웠다. 벽난로를 사용하면 따뜻해질 수 있었을것 같지만 장작을 어디서 구해야할지 몰라 사용하지 못했다.
Great place!
LOVED this apartment. Super clean and fabulous location. Walkable to train station, grocery stores, restaurants and all cable cars/funiculars. Spectacular view to sit in lounge room and gaze at. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay! The chalet was updated, spotless, and was well furnished with comfortable seating. The balcony had perfect views of the Matterhorn! I would absolutely stay here again.
