Join us on our property to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of city life, reconnect with nature, and enjoy our animals. We are moments away from Lake Eucumbene and just a 20-minute drive to Cooma, Berridale, and Adaminaby. Jindabyne is under an hour away where you can spend your day skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking or Après if that's your style. We can recommend plenty of delicious food and drink options in the area. Once a stable, converted into a cosy studio cottage. You will have your own private access to the detached cottage with a Queen Bed (comfy bedding of course!), couch, kitchenette, a luxurious bathroom, and of course a wood fireplace to unwind at the end of a big day. A portacot is also available if you would like to bring infants. While on your stay you are welcome to bring boats, trailers, vans, floats, pets or anything else you may need! We have ample space for parking and keeping animals. If you would like to book for additional people just let us know, but swags, tents and caravans are welcome too. An outdoor area just steps away, with a fire pit and plenty of space to relax. Located on 20 acres with chooks, ducks, alpacas, and some poddy lambs. Enjoy magnificent sunrises from bed in The Cottage, wake up to a coffee with the Nespresso machine and cook a fresh breakfast in the kitchenette. A microwave, kettle, toaster, and mini oven/cooktop are available with all utensils provided. There is also a weber bbq available for use. A basic breakfast can be provided with fresh eggs from our ladies (we do apologise if these are N/A while the girls rest in winter). In regards to safety, the cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each guest's stay with disinfectant. There is a smoke detector fitted and a fire blanket available. Some wood will be provided for the fire, but please take care. There is an evacuation map located in the cottage and the guest book. We will not accept bookings if we are on a bushfire alert. My stay at this charming farm stay near Cooma was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the serene regional area, it offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped. The toilet was spotless, and one of the highlights was the fire pit and indoor fireplace. Lulu and Matt were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had some farm-fresh eggs from the chooks, It was a lovely touch that made our mornings even more enjoyable. The farm is with adorable animals like sheep, alpacas, and the lovable Ralph, the farm owner's dog, adding to the charm of the place. It was a joy to interact with them and experience a slice of rural life. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with all the comforts of home. A simply fantastic BnB with unreal views around (don’t miss the sunrise). Wonderful amenities included, and also not too far from Cooma for restaurants and groceries. Heaps of space to walk around in the farm - be sure to say hi to the Alpacas.
A beautiful stay at Lulu & Matt’s place. Very tranquil and quiet. The view from the window was lovely and a highlight. Recent bathroom renovation great and spacious. Eggs, bread, and milk on arrival a homey touch. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. A very relaxing stay, highly recommend!

There are no rideshare services in the Snowy Mountains area. We are located a 20 minute's drive from town. Car rental is available in Canberra and Cooma.
