Monica was always very responsive. The unit itself needs many updates. Dark & Dank. Screen door system doesn't work, more moths inside than out. ceiling fan was missing, the other laden with dust. lots of dead bugs. location was gorgeous if you can get beyond the many dilapidated buildings from a hotel gone by that's attached to the same area as the condos, very sad story. BUT the scenery was truly outstanding! great beach hikes/walks. saw monk seal on the beach and a whale off shore. The main TV didn't work. Good bed in the loft. Provided many fans that worked. beach chairs need to be replaced. would we stay in that unit again, likely not unless it has been updated. would we stay at that complex again, probably.

If you’re visiting Molokai, this is the perfect place to stay. It is calm and quiet beautiful place. Monica and David are very helpful and kind. They adjusted to our schedule very well without any problems. Thank you so much for the amazing experiences, Monica & David !!

The condo itself is well situated, clean and well stocked. The view is magnificent. But site itself is a little disappointing. Less than half of the condo buildings are in a good shape and a good level of maintenance. The other half is neglected, run down, fallen apart and sore to the eye. It is also an obvious a fire hazard. The only place to get anything is Da Store near the pool, which looks more like a storeroom than a tiny grocery store in a small town in the 40's with barely anything, and they have is very expensive.
