Big house in a secured area

Wanting to start with the positives this house has a great host who is very quick to respond , great detail with instructions to not get lost . The pool was beautiful very clean and exactly how pictures show . Loved that it had an area to do laundry . We had an issue with AC unit and Darwin was very quick to have someone come out within hours to come and fix it ! Now for the negatives : the home is very very hot AC is only available in the rooms , all common areas have pedestal fans . There is a water pump that is very loud , needs to be shut off and turned on and limits the entire house access to water when you need to get up and shower or use the bathroom at different times at night . The house is very outdated , furniture is very sturdy but not the most comfortable. Overall the house is Decent , you aren’t getting luxury or comfort . But the house is a great place just to rest if you plan on being out all day or spending majority of the time at the pool .

The house was everything we needed, so much that we wanted to extend the stay. The check in was super detailed and host was friendly.
