I hope the owner will address the issues for improvement: 1. Dusty stairs leading to the property 2. Dark alley & uneven flooring leading to the gate of the property. 3. Tiny cockroaches roaming inside the property 4. Rotten fruit, not cleaned refrigerator 5. Unpleasant smelll of beddings 6. Old pillows need replacement, scary to use. 7. Host was nice but unfortunately, the property needs improvement/s.

okay naman yung plce and worth the price. the instructions going there were not clear. i personally dont know what “bee bee” is, Jollibee pala tinutukoy ni maam. I thought it was just walking distance from FUMC but its not hehe. sa “matiyaga lang maglakad”. so we hailed pa a cab and was waiting for someone to fetch us sa Uncle John’s The aircon seemed like it was not working. hehe mas malakas pa po yung standfan 😅 or baka sa weather lng na sobrang init at that time. very humid sa labas ng bedroom - in the kitchen and living room. we need to bring the stand fan pa outside. malakas yung wifi yes pero didnt get the chance to enjoy netflix since mainit nga, so we opted sa ipad nlng bedroom. hehe malaki yung space as in. kaya lang baka may mas maiganda pa po if points mentioned above were addressed. I hope you take this as constructive criticism po. Overall, I had a good time at Sakura house. ok naman. nagawa ko mga dapat ko gawin at Fatima University Medical Center. :) thanks

Getting There • The place was a bit difficult to locate because it’s in the innermost of a compound. In order to get there, you need to pass through a very narrow alley and it’s not easily noticeable if you go inside the compound. Cleanliness • There were plenty of cockroaches in the bathroom. • The trash bins were not empty when we came in. • The kitchen sink was not cleaned thoroughly and there were food marks in it. Size • The unit’s size is good. The room is very spacious. The unit needs more cleaning. We had killed about 8 cockroaches in the bathroom alone. The light in the dining room was flickering. The sofa covers could use some washing. It would also be great if a room spray was provided or an air freshener so the room won’t smell “kulob.” Overall, Sean’s place was an “okay” place to stay in for a short while. These are all meant as constructive feedback so the next tenants/occupants’ experience could be better.

This is not indeed the place for “MAARTE”. Good thing is the place is very spacious, the owner is really accommodating and gives fast replies. The downside is, the place is not dirty but items are. The headboard of the bed has some used deodorant sachets. The kitchen is equipped with utensils that we did not bother using since it looks, cannot find the word to describe it. The pillow cases has some stains. It does not have a smell, it’s clean but knowing there are stains who would use that right? Aside from that there is a security deposit which was not disclosed. I am alright with the deposit though since it is a rental apartment. But it would have been best if it was included on the rental description so guests won’t be shocked for extra charges. Aside from that, our check-in is supposedly 2 PM. I told them that I will be there at around 3. Who would have known that they are still cleaning until 3. We waited for them to finish cleaning until we can get inside. Take note that their check out is at 10. They have 4 hours to clean the room before the next guests. I texted them that I was already on the agreed meet up place, and they replied “akala ko kasi 3 pa kayo dadating heheheh” Good sides are the room has a good ventilation, the internet is really fast. Neighborhood is really quiet. There are a lot of food stalls and just a walking distance from the hi-way. There’s a lot of opportunities for this place. I hope this won’t be taken as an insult but as constructive criticism.
