Communication with the host was OK eventhough I was the first one to reach out the day before check in to ask about check in instructions. Checking in instructions were detailed and clear eventhough our apartment was switched last min. Our biggest issue was the parking. In the description of the property it clearly states that there is free parking space included only to find out that free parking means first come/first served basis street parking(in my opinion, I have a hard time calling the streets around the building actual streets, more like alleys) We were offered assigned parking space for an additional fee (15 leva per 24hrs). Not the end of the world but an unexpected bump giving us as customers a bitter sweet feeling. Other than that, the apartment served the purpose for our stay - place to rest and sleep/shower. Thank you!

Parking on site was advertised and once we got there we were informed that we need to look for parking outside of the residence which is very inconvenient(especially with baggage). TV did not work(no signal), floors were not cleaned(hair and dust all over the place). Many repairs needed. Not as advertised!

The bathroom was not clean, not enough bed linens for 6 people.
