Located just two blocks from the Boise River/Greenbelt, The Lofts (A & B) @ 35th & Clay provide the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring the many places and activities Garden City offers. Wind down by cooking a meal in the full kitchen or enjoy Puerto Rican cuisine at WEPA Cafe which shares the building with us. End your evening with a private 3rd story rooftop hot tub, warm towels from the towel warmer, heated bathroom floors, a living room fireplace, and a luxurious king size bed! Loft B is part of The Lofts (Airbnbs) at 35th and Clay, which includes two separate units. Loft A and Loft B are completely private from each other and guests have full access to the unit they have booked. There are private, 3rd story rooftop hot tubs in each unit. There are adjoining doors on the patios, that can be opened if guests choose to share the patio space. One designated parking spot is provided for each unit; additional cars can park along the street. Private, locked, detached storage spaces are provided for each loft, in which guests can store bikes, snowboards and other equipment. A HEPA air purifier is provided in the bedroom area.

Holly was great to work with, and we loved our stay here. The property was beautiful and well furnished, and it's in a great area. We really wished we could have stayed another night! We did struggle to sleep with how bright it was at night, even with the shades drawn, but the provided sleep masks helped and it was worth it for how amazing the space was. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible! Honestly super gorgeous, cozy, fun, and magical! Completely magical. The bed is so comfy! The hot tub and roof top patio is divine. 11 out of 10 stars. Close to oodles of fun breweries and wineries, the river walk, and yummy treats. We completely loved our time staying here!!!!

The neighborhood is in the 'Live-Work-Create' District of Garden City along the Boise River/Greenbelt, Boise Whitewater Park and 22-acre Quinn's Pond. Canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards can be rented near the pond. It is an eclectic, charming, artsy and rapidly developing community which boasts a diverse culinary scene including coffee shops/roasters, wineries, breweries, restaurants and local music venues. The nearby Boise Foothills are a popular hiking desination during the summer and Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 40 minutes from The Lofts and is a fun winter destination for skiers and snowboarders. Vibrant, downtown Boise is within walking distance from The Lofts for energetic guests or a short 5-7 minute car/uber ride.

The Lofts' neighborhood is walkable (2 blocks) from The Lofts to the Boise River/Greenbelt as well as to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and wineries. Biking is popular in the neighborhood and on the nearby Greenbelt. There is ample street parking for all destinations in Garden City. Guests may choose to drive (5-7 minutes) if heading to downtown Boise but we recommend an Uber as parking downtown can be more challenging. You may also see skateboards, longboards and electric scooters in the area.
