This is a large house, with room for about six families. Checking in is a bit of a hassle. Responsive owner, gives practical advice. Sound insulation is weak in the evening, you can hear all the neighbors' conversations. The kitchen are a little old, the washing machine is located on the first floor and is shared by all 6-7 families. Very close to two ski resorts

We really enjoyed visiting the town and staying here. This place is really well managed, clean and organised. Good place to stay for extended period of time. We had everything needed to cook at the apartment. Also, nice places to dine out. Many activities for hiking and adventure were in walking distance or the bus stop was nearby to go to other nearby highlights. The included summer card adds value to the staying, giving lots of options for free or discounted activities like spa, etc. Really nice view from the windows and balcony. We loved staying here and will recommend it to our friends and family to stay here while visiting Umhausen.

Comfortable apartment, beautiful view, very convenient for Soelden and Gurgl snow resorts. The apartment had great amenities and storage for snow gear (heated boot racks and board shed) and thr washing room was verg appreciated. Both Harald und Barbara were very welcoming and always smiling when we passed them.

Sehr saubere und angenehme Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und das Ein- und auschecken ist sehr einfach.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und uns dabei super wohl gefühlt. Der Brötchen-Service ist top. Die Backwaren werden super früh gebracht, so dass man auch früh zum Skitag starten kann. Unser Auto konnten wir dabei getrost stehen lassen. Mit dem kostenlosen Skibus kommt man bequem zu jeder Gondelbahn im Tal. Harald & Barbara sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich unkompliziert und schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert haben.
