The most well appointed vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! They’ve thought of absolutely everything. The perfect place to relax and simple be with your family and friends. Perfect view of the ocean from so many rooms and just around the corner from the boardwalk to the beach. When your child tells you their stay was better than Disney World, I think that speaks volumes!

I’d skip on this one. They do not let you know that the thermostat is set on 72 degrees (which held on 73 actually) and you CANNOT change it not even 1 degree lower. For anyone that is over 50 or needs to sleep comfortably at least at 70 degrees you are out of luck. We were all miserable at night. South Texas beach weather is hot and humid and if you don’t enjoy sweating while you’re sleeping or getting ready, then you’d hate this place. When we called to ask if they could lower the temp they said no, the ac’s will freeze over below 72. We all know this is absolutely not true but we were stuck there. No refunds and they lock the thermostat so you couldn’t change it if you wanted to. Forget opening any windows or doors to let the breeze cool it down. There are alarms that sound after 10 seconds of being open. Cute house, but that’s it. The temp ruined everything. It is also far from everything in both directions so if you’re not familiar with the area, here’s your heads up. Wifi wasn’t working so we did a reset. We got a call immediately from the office who said, the owners said to turn the wifi back on right now or you have to leave. My opinion, they shouldn’t be in the rental business.
