Breeze Terrace is an exceptional home and property! I’m talking the best of the best here. Everything is top notch. From booking to checking in and out, all was a breeze. Greg is a friendly, professional host who communicates well and responds quickly. Neighbors on both sides were also friendly. HIGHLY recommend the Breeze Terrace!

Greg's place was amazing! We were there for a mini family reunion and had up to 16 people at certain times. There were so many things for everyone to do that we never left the property except once to buy a few food items we forgot. Greg had everything we needed and more. There were 7 children, one special needs, ages almost 2-9.5, one teen and 8 adults from 36-77. Everyone found multiple things to do and we didn't want to leave. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! All of the water toys kept the children and young adults busy, even though the water was cold. The supply of beach towels was almost endless... The karaoke machine, video games, pool table and Foosball were also a treat. We have already recommended Greg's house to friends and hope to return again soon!

Greg was a host who was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and there were great activities for our kids and grandkids. The access to kayaks and life jackets was wonderful for all the kids. This home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Breeze Terrace.
