It would have helped enormously if we had been given instructions from Antibes railway station to the property 4 kilometres away. Having taken a local train to Biot, we were only 700 meters from the property but we had to ask several people for directions to the address. All of this information could have been provided by Laurent.

This is a great apartment! I would definitely recommend staying here as it's got great character and has all the utensils you need to live here for a week. The shower and air conditioning were also great. We enjoyed cooking some lovely meals and all the condiments were greatly appreciated and saved us from buying dinner out at the pricey restaurants! There was a shop close for all our needs and we discovered some especially nice bakeries just a 17 min walk away. The beach nearby is pebbled but very empty so pretty spectacular. We recommend the Rigatoni bar for cocktails nearby and a pretty setting. Also thank you, Laurent, for the delicious rosé wine. Train station is also nearby so it's easy to get to the airport and to other towns! Loved having a BBQ and a jacuzzi, they were amazing additions! If you're thinking of staying here, I would suggest doing it! Finally if you decide to get a taxi from the airport here, DON'T! They charged us €70.

Laurant, is een vriendelijke host, die makkelijk in de omgang is. ons stoorde het helemaal niet als hij door de tuin liep. Laurant probeerde dat altijd zo onzichtbaar mogelijk te doen. ook heeft hij ons meegenomen op zijn zeilboot, heel erg leuk!

Un grand merci à Laurent et Catherine pour leur accueil. Le logement était propre, et TRÈS fonctionnel (tout est a disposition : ustensiles neufs, condiments, serviettes de douche, draps… et même une bouteille de rosé !) Lieu à 5mn de la plage et de la gare (possibilité d’aller à Nice, Cannes, Monaco…). Il y a également Antibes land, marineland, Aquasplash, Golf aventure à 10mn à pied. Salle de sport Basic fit et fitness Park à proximité également. L’extérieur du logement est également très fonctionnel : place de parking sécurisée, barbecue à gaz, douche extérieure… Le jacuzzi est propre et bien entretenu. Les hôtes ont été très discrets, nous ne les avons pas croisés du séjour, malgré le fait que l’entrée soit commune. Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine passée ici, merci encore !
