Aaron & Julie are great hosts. Their property is fantastic. It was the perfect place for a friends trip. There’s so much to do in the house! The river is the perfect place to have your morning coffee!

Absolutely top notch accommodations and hosts. From the moment our entire family arrived we felt as if we were right at home. The accommodations are furnished with ALL of the details. The hosts haven't left out a a single detail. We are overwhelmed with how kind they were throughout the entire process. If you're looking to book this part of Utah, look no further this is definitely the place to stay! We cannot wait to return next time we plan a trip to this area to visit with our son and his family. This home is Better than the pictures -we could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family. There’s so much to do and alot of room! We sat outside watching the deer in the morning and night and between the fire pit, trampoline, swings, river, games, football and just overall fun - it was the perfect family vacation! We will be back every year

This is our 5th year going to Beaver and I think our 4th stay at Aaron and Julies. The home is beautiful inside and out. On the outside you have hummingbirds buzzing around feeders on the porch, deer grazing or relaxing in the yard. The pasture across the street had horses this year! They were so amazing to watch. Wild turkeys strolled through the yard. The kids spotted a woodpecker and a hawk. The chairs set up by the stream make a wonderful place to have morning coffee. The beds are clean and neat. The towels are thick and fresh. They have 2 washers and dryers available for use. The kitchen is great! I love talking to people while preparing meals, and this place has plentify of seating. My favorite thing inside the house is the couch, its deep and loaded with pillows and the softest blankets. Thank you for allowing us to visit your home.
