Mario was great. However AirB&B's communication systems caused us some difficulties. We do not use social media platforms. Additionally as I originally 'enrolled' in the UK you send messages to my UK number. In Italy & other parts of the EU we have an Italian phone number. Fortunately, by phoning Mario the situation of accessing the flat itself was easily resolved. However, guests elsewhere in the building had fortunately given us access to the building itself. For future reference, I would appreciate advice on how to avoid similar difficulties in the future.

I booked with Mario last minute and he was very quick to respond. I also requested to store my luggage earlier than check-in and he was kind enough to allow that for me. His place was clean and had a nice patio. Additionally, it was perfectly located beside Roma Termini - your launch point to the airport and other Italian cities. As far as attractions, his place was within walking distance of the Colosseum and the Forum (20-25 minute walk depending on your walking speed). His housekeeper kept the place very tidy and provided a lovely breakfast too. I would definitely recommend this listing to any traveller.

Le logement est idealement situė près la gare. Accueil super sympa, très flexible avec possibilitė de laisser nos baggages en consigne. Plein de super conseils restau proposės. Et une rėponse immėdiate à la moindre de nos questions. Un super sėjour à Rome. Merci à Mario et à son assistant.

Enjoyed 2 nights at Termini Terrace. Mario was a great host with professional, friendly service. the room was clean and sufficient and as described. good value for the location

Ideale uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen. Vlakbij trein/metro. Wel wat lawaai op de straat ‘s nachts maar je bent dan ook in een grootstad. Geen onveilig gevoel. Ontbijt bestaat uit 1 croissant + drank.
