Laid-back beach house, located 40 minutes north of Perth in beachside suburb Yanchep. House has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people. Great alfresco dining area in the back as well as a porch with a view out front. Large pool. Wifi & sound system throughout, smart TVs with Netflix, and air conditioning. Super comfortable beach house, suitable for couples, groups or families. Change table & portable cot is available for babies. The front porch is a great place to enjoy breakfast with a view.

Plenty of TVs around for everyone to enjoy. Spacious place and so close to the beach. We enjoyed this calm and beautiful environment. Becky had been very kind to send us back a few items left behind. This service has been very much appreciated. Good on you Becky!

This place is the perfect getaway from Perth if you don't want to travel too far. Very spacious and lots of rooms in the house to space out. Great location right on the beach with a cute little deck out the front which was perfect for a sunset drink and breaky in the morning sun. Great facilities for kids too.

House is directly across from paved path to the beach. There is a section that is dog friendly. 10-15 minute walk or less than 2 min drive to Fisherman's Hollow Beach and the famous Yanchep Lagoon which has ample parking and shower/change rooms. Great cafe at the Lagoon doing coffees & extensive food and drink menu.
Woolworths, BWS and other amenities in Yanchep Central are less than a 5 minute drive away.

Bus stops either side of the road linking to the Butler train station for direct, fast and cheap access to Perth CBD and beyond.
