Tomas must have been away and communicated well that Kat would meet us to enter. This is on the 6th floor with an ancient elevator. The door is just outside the elevator, and this is where the real fun began. Kat had trouble with the lock and said that it had a "truco" (trick) to get it to work. It is a 4 deadbolt system, and sometimes we had to try several attempts in the dark as the light automatically goes off in 3 minutes, so we would often leave the elevator door open for light. The shower pan flooded each time like a 2 inch pool. The stove had problems lighting (by match) some of the burners. the electric water heater was very loud. Many stains on kitchen counter. Nice of Tomas to provide a bottle of.wine but opener did not work. No restarants close by. Now the good. Walk to nice beach in 5 minutes then walk for an hour on the promenade. Nice grocery store in 3. Bed comfortable. Dining, living room and veranda all big and nice. Hate to leave a bad review but never again

Great place to stay. wonderful balcony with a great view. Surroundings are great with all you need: beach, restaurants, supermarket... Host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to consider staying again.

The place is very comfortable. You have that home feeling. Communication with the owner is great, and he is very helpful. Be aware only that, because the apartment is large, it can be a little cold inside during the winter season.
