fantastic home better than the pvtos. this place has everything you need, 2 big, fantastic terraces with good views. location is good also and few beaches are within walking distance. pool is a nice area, was quiet and peaceful, very relaxing, highly recommend and we will be back !

un duplex charmant, avec quatre terrasses inoubliable donnants sur : la piscine, le jardin et la mere en horizon. le site est vraiment paisible surtout pour les familles, deux piscines +piscines chauffée + jacuzzi + Sauna inclus dans la réservation + Gym+ air de jeux enfant... c'est entièrement équipé plus que nos attentes, draps, produits offertes, pleins de serviettes... cuisine avec ustensiles complet, four, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle ,machine à café.... Noter bien que l'endroit est loin de marbella centre de presque 20 km, mais c'était accessible par Bus n6 et 9 à 1.18€ ou par Taxi Bolt environ 14€ pour 3 personnes , chose qui nous a mis dans le calme de la reserva et pas loin de marbella et de l'aéroport un super marché (SUPERCO) et à deux minutes où vous pouvez trouver tout vos besoins l'hôte et très active est super généreuse nous avons bien apprécié le calm la sécurité et surtout la vue et les piscines nous reviendrons sans hésitation merci yulia et albina

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has everything that you could possibly need. Really well thought out. The complex has an excellent little restaurant which is super value for money. The food is great and the portions are huge! The complex is immaculate everywhere and is set in a nice up upmarket area. We also enjoyed visiting the marina and the coast. Don’t miss out on Ronda or Mijas which are wonderful white washed towns. Please don’t hesitate to book Yulia’s house. The location is perfect and the thought put into it means that you can easily cook full meals at home if you wish to and relax with comfort. I forgot a bag and Yulia was extremely helpful in its location and keeping it safe to be collected. Huge thanks for a peaceful stay.

Verblijf in rustige omgeving. Je hebt wel een wagen nodig. Voor mij was dit een werkvakantie en de WIFI was niet altijd top. TV is geen smart TV. Nog koffiezet op de oude manier. Verder was alles prima.

Wir verbrachten 12 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Yulia und hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, einen Punkt haben wir allerdings abgezogen, da während unseres Urlaubs die Wohnungen unterhalb unseres Apartments renoviert wurden und wir fast durchgängig Baulärm hatten. Zudem lief das Internet bei uns sehr instabil. Da die Renovierungsarbeiten inzwischen durch sein dürften können wir die Wohnung jedoch trotzdem problemlos weiterempfehlen. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, im Ressort kann man Pool & Fitnessbereich nutzen und die Lage ist für Ausflüge nach Marbella, Malaga aber auch Gibraltar oder Marokko ausgezeichnet. Auch die Nahversorgung mit einem Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung ist sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, auch der Check In hat sehr gut geklappt, obwohl unser Flug leider eine Stunde Verspätung hatte. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft also gerne weiter.
