the house was clean and very comfortable to stay. however, the toilet had an unpleasant smell and the carpark was not very convenient since the parking is not provided.

Here is the few things you need to take note before decide to rent this place - 1. It doesn’t come with a designated parking space - park at your own risk. There’s a lorry depot place next to it. 2. The 2nd room at is right beside the alley. It doesn’t have any sound proofing and might disrupt light sleepers. 3. It doesn’t have smell-proofing as well. When the weather is too hot or raining, all the funky smell from drain & toilet will affect the entire unit because of the small space. 4. Toilet has the funky smell all the time because of the drainage system. 5. When we arrive that time, there’s shards of broken glass in the 2nd room on top of the sofa. If visiting guest is with kids, might become hazard. 6. This area is prone to out of electricity from time to time. 7. The front neighbor is drilling and knocking things from time to time. This house is actually a 2nd partition from the a landed single storey property.
