Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed the cottage and nature around. Unfortunately, this was the first time we were charged additional fees. This listening is not managed by the owners, but an agency so it made some communication difficult. The listing says that it's the cheapest cottage, but it isn't later in the description where it says they charge for bed sheets, electricity, and cleaning fees. These charges are added after your stay. To be fair, it is all written in the house rules and we didn't see it, but an additional 2,200czk at the end was quite unexpected. We felt a bit scammed. We were asked to pay in cash on the spot and then received a snide remark from the lady owner whe we said we didn't bring that much cash with us, "well how will you pay for the train then?", "by credit card" we replied. Because this listing is ran by an agency (the owners were actually surprised to hear their property was booked through AirBnB), they weren't familiar with fees being payable through the AirBnB app. In the end, the cottage was quite expensive (400czk for towels?), and we would have rather gone to a different property if we had known.

The hut is really cozy in a great peaceful location for everyone that wants a timeout with lots of nature around(while Budweis is really close). I was lucky to be there in autumn and mostly had good weather so the country was showing me it’s best side.

Die Lage ist super, die Unterkunft einfach aber absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Alles sauber und ordentlich, wirklich schönes Grundstück.
