This cottage is in a private neighborhood and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The beach was also quiet. Access to it was easy, the stairs were short so it wasn’t strenuous. Shade trees were nice. I could definitely see how it would be a great place to spend on the water in the warmer summer months. Bring water shoes and bug spray. Mosquitoes were bad some days and non existent other days. Didn’t bother us at all down by the water. Jillian mentioned building a fire would help. Very relaxing trip!

Jillian's cottage was even better than the description and photos - it felt airy, bright, and comfortable (even on rainy days when we just mooched about indoors). There was everything we needed for cooking good meals, enjoying the beach, lighting cozy fires outdoors... Lastly - the cedar outdoor shower is dreamy!! :)
