The studio in San Ruffino was a bit disappointing. The first picture is a different appartement and there is no garden or balcony. We didn’t get any instructions for check-in, while the advertisement stated that they would reach out before we arrived. Upon arrival it was not clear how the check-in would work, so we called and a receptionist arrived within a few minutes and brought our stuff to the apartment, which was nice. There were some minor issues with our room. A couple of lightbulbs were not working, a energy socket was hanging loose with the electrical wires exposed, the showerhead was leaking and the airconditioning didn’t work. After reporting the issues they got fixed immediately. Unfortunately, the emergency number provided by the host was not reachable when we needed them for the airconditioning at night. The airconditioning is quite loud and does not cool that properly since it cools on a coolant liquid instead of a outdoor placed fan. So for us in the middle of the summer, it was either a noisy night or a warm night. Apart from those issues, the apparent is quite spacious and is located in a nice and quiet area. The next door’s resort facilities are also available for guests of this airbnb. The host also provided tips of nice places to go. Overall this appartement was ok, but we had bit too much issues.
