I had read the reviews before arriving, so i knew what to expect. Good points: Ezequiel allowed my request for a an early check-in and even late check out. He is very friendly and warm. The place is quite near to the beach (just 5minutes walk), and a great value for money. There is a kitchen and a sharing bathroom, good WiFi. Not so good points: the common area has a smoking smell, and the other flat mates can be slightly loud in the evening. But i knew this beforehand by reading the reviews so no complaints. Overall very satisfied with the stay, thanks Ezequiel

Ezequiel was very friendly guy! I recommend this stay for everyone who wants to be close to the beach, surrounded by nice restaurants etc.. 😊
