Had a good stay at Yvonne’s place, a little home away from home. Close to the waterfront for a nice morning walk along the esplanade and a few blocks to the town centre of Paradise Point. Everything as described in listing and very clean, spotless in fact. Thanks Yvonne.

Absolutely 💯% perfection 🌟 Yvonne’s space is just lovely: clean, comfortable, conveniently close to our family with all the amenities that any couple on a long or short stay might need … & then some. From beach towels & boogie boards, beautiful linen & bathroom towels down to Tim-tams in the fridge, a supply of bottled water & milk enabling that ‘cuppa’ you are dying for & to help you feel at home … & welcome. Such a cute and quaint place to stay with a reasonable drive to The Gold Coast. There is a lovely pathway along the bay and some great cafes and restaurants within very short walking distance. Please note that there is no wifi. The listing does say that but when booking quickly, sometimes we as guests overlook that. Linens were clean and plentiful and the pantry and kitchen were well stocked. Yvonne also had a lovely arrival fruit for us. Great value. Great place. Peaceful location. Very clean. Highly recommend for something quiet but not too far from attractions. Thank Yvonne!

A tidy place with everything you need. Bonus for us was having a washing machine & dryer - much needed after camping! The location was perfect for walking distance to shops, park and cafes etc. The only negative for us was that it’s directly underneath the host’s upstairs living area - not good if you want to sleep in past 7am on holiday. No problem if you’re a heavy sleeper though. With that said the area is nice and private, and the small outdoor area is lush and a great place to relax with a drink. The air conditioning is also very quick to cool the room down on hotter days.
