The plac is really private and quiet. It was very very clean! However, it is missing some essentials: hairdryer (which we got from the housekeeper Chiara, thank you), enough toilet paper, heating not to be charged 2 eur/h, lose the damage deposit… During summer I’m sure, you would not miss half of the things above and that the place would be 10/10!

Chiara was such a lovely host, we enjoyed our stay and although it rained for the most part of our trip we couldn’t get enough of the view. The scenery combined with the quietness of the countryside was exactly what we were looking for. The villa is tucked away on the side of a hill and about a 3-5min drive or 15min walk to village centre so I would highly recommend getting a car to get around. Overall our stay was memorable and will definitely visit again.

We stayed for one week for bikving and visiting Arrezzo, Florence, Greve in Chianti.... Its only a short way to the interesting "balze". The terrace was great for breakfast and in the sundowner in the evening. Chiara was so nice and helpful to us with all her informations. Everything was best and uncomplicated!
