Tracy and her husband were the ideal hosts, always helpful and relaxed. The room was much larger than we expected, fully and generously furnished to a high standard. The kitchen equipment was all modern and stylish. The bathroom was large and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable with nice crisp sheets. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The internet/WIFI was very rapid and reliable, with no breaks or interruptions. The excellent bus service (No 22) into Dundee city centre leaves from a stop only 3 or 4 minutes from the property - very convenient! Good walking circuits nearby, and Arbroath (for delicious smokies) is not far away by car.

Tracy’s place was immaculate, exactly like the photos. From our initial booking until we checked out Tracy was very responsive, offering helpful tips about check in. The place was so nice, having the juke box and the games really made it stand out. We would have no hesitation about booking again. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Charming space that was a perfect home-base for our Dundee house-hunting trip. Now that we are home, we really miss having a pinball machine! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Tracy and Chris were very friendly and welcoming. They showed us around and gave us all the information we would need for our stay and then left us to it. It was a lovely getaway and we would gladly return for another short stay.

Loved the cottage. We had 2 dogs with us, the enclosed yard was fabulous with no stress around this. I had asked a few questions about surrounding areas and hosts were super helpful at giving local recommendations. WiFi was excellent. Wood burner was a nice wee heat in the cottage and something a little different. Would definately recommend and would probably go back and stay again!
