We had a fantastic stay! It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old. The views are incredible and breathtaking. We took advantage of the hot tub each night and looked at the stars which was amazing! You’re also only 10-15 mins from North Conway/Conway attractions. We will definitely be back.

I've stayed here a few times, without issue. This time I did have a couple things that didn't go quiet right. I tried to use the AC and heat functions on the wall units and they did not seem to be responding correctly. I did not reach out to the owners about the issue because the weather was pretty nice so we were mostly able to rectify the issue by opening a window or lighting a fire. That being said when it came to light a fire in the fireplace, The flume (which only seemed to have an internal latch) had closed causing the space to get smokey and set off the fire alarm, we fixed it right away but when we reached out to the owner to inform them of that they told us they didn't actually want anyone using the fireplace and asked us not to use it. I found this to be really confusing because in the past they have offered us fireplace packages for an extra fee (s'mores items and wood delivered). Additionally it's listed as a feature in the listing which was one of the main reasons I booked
