We had the most wonderful time at Enrique’s! The location was perfect for our family: neighborhood setting but easily walkable to the parks, a bakery, and a handful of restaurants. The house and garden were perfection and Enrique was the most gracious host: always kind, responsive, and helpful.

Enrique’s home was adorable. We were traveling for work and wanted to be close to Omni GPI but have all the conveniences of home. The kitchen was beautiful- perfect for a group dinner! The living room was adorable and had an extra tv room upstairs for when some wanted to go to be early. Huge laundry room and awesome master with bathroom and amazing shower with massage jets! If we come back to Asheville would love to stay here again! Wish I could take the house home with me! He and his dog were so nice and helpful if we needed anything. Next time I will make sure I have an extra day to use the firepit!

We (family of 4, my parents plus 1 dog) had a magnificent time staying with Enrique. Loved the location and the space. Its a wonderful well appointed home in a beautiful part of AVL. There are bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores all within a short walk. Downtown is also within walking distance. I can’t think of anything more we could have hoped for. It’s such a wonderful spot it is tempting to try and keep it our own little hidden gem but everyone should have a chance to enjoy Enrique and his sincere and warm hospitality. He was responsive, communicative, and genuinely interested in seeing that we had a great time. He even restocked the wood pile each morning so there’d be wood of various size for the fire if we so desired. He and his dog Marmaduke are also just hang out with. Do yourself a favor and enjoy some time at Enrique’s place. We certainly hope to have an opportunity to do so again soon.

I’ve stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s all over the world - this is one of the best. Enrique, and his perfect dog, Duke, are perfect hosts and I was sad to leave. We stayed for an extended time, and no issues popped up. Enrique provided us magical moments throughout our day. He knew we wanted to see live music, so he texted us links of local bands he knew we’d like. He messaged us when a mama Turkey brought her babies through the yard. He even personally chopped wood for us to enjoy the first night of autumn around his fire pit. Downtown Asheville is close, and we enjoyed walking to the local bakery every morning. Enrique lives on the property in a different home, but you never see him. Eventually we became friends and would hang out in the backyard. Also, if you like dogs, Marmaduke is a joy. We missed our dog, so Eventually, we asked if Duke could hang with us while Enrique was at work. I’d book this home any day, any time. It’s magic.
