1-800- shithole is a better name. The handle to entry door fell off upon arrival. And fell off every time we used it. Food left in fridge was disgusting! Old food in cupboards from 2022. They had a locked room upstairs that was open and looked like someone was living in there permanently. You cannot access the thermostat as it is locked and set to 67°. The sink was from 1930 and really low with no counter space. This place has more clutter than a junk yard. The stairs were old and the landing was spongy enough to fall through. It’s really only 2 bedrooms. They have 6 mattresses in an old attic that you access through a closet door. Every window in the house has plastic over it. Doors missing trim and walls missing plaster. The outside lean to has more junk n garbage in it like a landfill. The pizza oven has never been cleaned. We found cleaning supplies and cooking supplies in the bathroom. Definitely will not recommend!! . We left 2 days early from scheduled dates. And received $90.

The Braap shack was easy to find as the town is set back 20 years. Which is peaceful & relaxing. The house is what the name says.. But it does need some TLC. New mattress would be more comfortable. The fridge was bared open with a broom but food was left in it so it smelled bad when we arrived. Odor cleared out after we opened the only 2 windows we could. Bring chairs for the fire pit. There was only 2 chairs outside to sit by the fire pit. The kitchen did have lots of utensils to use, pizza oven worked great so we didn’t have to turn the oven on. Smoke detector worked too well ;) adequate garbage cans & recycle for cans. Washer & dryer worked great.

Chase is a great host! Answers any questions you may have and very helpful. Great spot to stay and go on the sxs. There is a lot of beautiful scenery in the area. The only set back was that it advertised a window air conditioner and there wasn’t one. Overall we had a great time at a great place!

Plenty of beds and space, nice location, and a large living area. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of parking space and good communication from host. In summer months the attic area is a hot place to sleep. The listed amenities include AC, but AC units were not present. Additionally, the attic is wired so outlets (and thus fans) could not be used while the lights were off.

The house was is very Large we enjoyed our stay. The home would be able to sleep a nice large group. we were just 4 of us so it was much bigger than we needed
